Self-care is knowing your limits and not getting to the point of burnout. 
 Self-care is saying no to obligations when there is already too much on your plate.  
Self-care is pacing yourself.  Self-care is delegating.  
Self-care is taking breaks, eating regularly, bathing regularly,
and getting outside as much as possible...
We can take care of ourselves as an act of rebellion
