Beth's Ponderings

I often have days that feel like they are a month long. This is not because they feel endlessly long, but rather because I manage to accomplish almost a month’s work in one day.

The advantage of working that way is I get a LOT done, but the biggest drawback is I have to spend many days afterwards resting and recovering because I’ve completely wiped myself out. That leads to tasks that need done piling up again until I feel like I have the energy to tackle them, or time has run out, and they HAVE TO BE DONE NOW!

My energy coach challenged me this fall to slow down my entire life to the speed I would walk in chest-deep water! This should be an interesting experiment!
