Beth's Ponderings
How are you
feeling? Really?
It seems like every
time we turn around, or blink, there is something else screaming for our
attention from the news, or just life in general.
I admit there are a
lot of days I just want to hide out in my home, and there are days I do exactly
that, and pretend that the chaos outside my door in my community, my province,
and my country isn’t happening.
But it is……………….
Now, just because
the world seems to be going completely off the rails, doesn’t mean that we need
to. Quite the opposite in fact.
More than ever,
it’s important for us to reach out to friends and loved ones. More than ever,
it’s important to have a safe place to retreat to recharge our batteries, and
calm our nervous systems. More than ever, it’s important to look after
ourselves so we can bring more light and joy to our world.
